Welcome, I am Stéphanie Nelson Integrative Wellness Facilitator and Certified CODE Model Coach™. Engaging Wellness is the umbrella that houses my way of being and engaging in the world. It reflects the breadth and scope of my interests and abilities. My ultimate goal is to contribute to evolving, sustainable, and meaningful communities by engaging with individuals and collectives. I engage in a process that nurtures clarity, creativity, and opportunities for growth. To that end, program offerings and experiences are varied. Repackaging ineffective strategies and behaviours has become a norm for many people and organizations. An Engaging Wellness experience offers clients the opportunity to challenge their beliefs, values, and attitudes by engaging in holistic processes that explore fixed thinking, habituation, and their origins. This transformative practice results in clear purposeful choice leading to sustainable outcomes and solutions. Simply put, an Engaging Wellness experience promotes awakening of the individual to their potential and a life of limitless choices.
