Had a BLAST planning Scale Model Gingerbread Buildings with the Builders' Club at McAuliffe this afternoon! Nothing better to this teacher's ears than after announcing that it's time to go ,hearing a room full of 3rd through 5th graders say "NOOOOOOOO!" Love the enthusiasm and engagement of elementary kids! Now if we can maintain each others' sanity and digits through building scale gingerbread models of Falling Water, the Barcelona Pavilion, 4x4 House, the BOK Center and the Schroeder House by Thanksgiving, all will be well! LOVE IT!
a donor has given money to cover the purchase of $100 worth of canned goods for our CANstruction - let the building begin! We would love to have TCC Engineering Club out for the Tulsa Mini Maker Faire to help with the CANstruction and encourage other builders to build amazing structures out of canned food that will go to Iron Gate! Two Shifts - 11am -3pm or 3 pm - 7pm! IT WILL BE SOOOOOOOO Fun!
