What could be better? Premium Victorian beef raised under the red gums at the foothills of the grampians is some of the highest quality pasture fed beef in the world. French fries, a little walnut salad, maybe a freshly shucked oyster or two, to whet the appetite. Sitting opposite Melbourne's beautiful Botanic Gardens and metres away from the Melbourne tram Domain interchange on St Kilda road, a long and leisurely walk from the CBD. A French style breakfast menu running all day from 7am 'til 3pm and the dining room opening at noon to do its meaty thing -right through 'til midnight.. every single day.
