Thankyou for visiting my page! My name is Shelly and I am the owner and artisan responsible for making the beautiful soaps you will find here. I have always loved crafting items for friends and family but when I discovered the art of soaping, I was able to finally join my passion for making quality handcrafted goods with my love of everything sensuous and glamorous from times gone by. I work from home with my original Sassy spin-off of me.. my daughter Skye and I love teaching her that in the fast paced world we live in today, we can still create fabulous things from our own two hands which are vastly better than the industrial goods lining our supermarket shelves. That means that each bar of soap made for you is individually crafted with love and unique, however if there is a product you have received from me that you love I will endeavour to recreate that masterpiece for you. If there is a scent you would like made into a personalised loaf, I can do that also! Cold Process soaps will continue to evaporate water as they age, this allows for a harder and milder bar. With that in mind the best way to store your soaps is in a dry ventilated area either sitting out on some tissue paper or perhaps wrapped in some tissue paper in a clothes cupboard or drawer. The worst place to store your soaps is in your bathrooms or laundry (wet areas) as they will certainly sweat and spoil much faster. Another common question about my soaps (especially custom EO blends) is what essential oils are in them and are they safe for pregnancy, children or people with skin conditions. If you are concerned about a particular blend please ask me for details if they are not specified to your liking and I can guide you on some of the aspects of each oil.
