Helping people have fun in the kitchen, with a focus on using seasonal, local ingredients. We work to build your skills so that you feel confident and competent when you cook. Our aim is to work within our communities to strengthen the food system. We do this by teaching people to cook confidently with seasonal and local ingredients, which allows them to support farmers and artisan food producers. We offer classes at all levels -- and at a variety of price points. We believe that every member of our community should have access to cooking education. Thus, we accept alternative payment methods, including barter. If you'd like to take a class, and would like to offer something in trade or partial trade, don't hesitate to contact us.
