Description
It is our core belief that it takes a village to raise a family, and we hope you find friendship, support and body/mind wellness in our community. We serve the greater Burlington Vermont area as a home-base for all-things pregnancy and family. We offer children's yoga classes from birth to teens, prenatal and/or postnatal yoga 6 days a week, and monthly childbirth education classes.

- Thursdays: 12:00- 16:00
- Fridays: 08:15- 13:00
- Saturdays: 10:30- 12:15
- Sundays: 10:00- 16:00
General Info
Drop-in prenatal and postnatal classes: $15/single class, $130 10 class pass ($120 if purchased on first visit), $75 monthly unlimited (3 month minimum commitment).
