Description

Exercise with baby is a unique postnatal exercise and recovery program, that really works at getting mummy fit and toned, while baby has lots of fun too! Level 1 (7 weeks-7 months) With the aid of medical professionals our program has been specifically developed for the needs of new mummies. In the early days we work at repairing weakened muscles (abdominals, pelvic floor, back, etc), combating common symptoms (hip alignment, back strengthening, joint soreness, heavy menstrual cycles etc) posture and gentle toning. All while continually engaging with baby and having lots of fun with them too! Level 2 (6-16 months) Once you are ready we up the intensity in our Level 2 sessions. Theses fast paced, high intensity cardio, toning and strengthening workouts get real results fast, but are still carefully designed for the needs of postnatal women. Suitable for ladies from 6 months after birth providing there are no current joint, pelvic floor, back or diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) issues. Lots of the babies are on the move in theses sessions, they have a great time playing with each other and interacting during are songs :) Intermediate (4-14 months) Slightly lower intensity then the Level 2 but still with the funky fast pace! Suitable for ladies from 4 months after birth providing there are no current joint, pelvic floor, back or diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) issues. Fun for baby too! Using a variety of interactive techniques (songs, movements, dance & visuals) baby is included, stimulated and engaged with throughout the entire sessions, making our program a fun bonding experience for both mummy and baby. We create a fun friendly atmosphere and our groups are a great way to meet and socialise with other mummies and babies.
