We just opened a gorgeous movement studio where we host weekly Qigong classes and workshops. We have come together to help to nourish, protect, fortify, empower and revive. With a team of licensed and experienced professionals advocating for your health, we hope that you find our studio comforting. We offer a place to heal and embrace your element.
