Description

We provide primary health care services for free for those who can not afford health insurance. Our services are provided by doctors, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to those who seek primary care attention. Many of our doctors and nurses practice elsewhere in the Louisville area and volunteer their services here with us at Family Community Clinic! Family Community Clinic offers comprehensive health care for people of all ages. We also provide Spanish translating services for those with limited English. Se habla espanol! Family Community Clinic also partners with local organizations such as the UofL Dental School and Norton Healthcare Centers to further promote health wellness and prevention. These services include free dental screenings and mammogram/pap smear screenings. Follow us on Facebook to stay informed about our next wellness event! Family Community Clinic is open every Saturday morning from 8am-12pm and Monday and Tuesday 5-9pm, walk-ins welcome! Thursdays 5-9pm by appointment only. Patients seen first come, first serve.

Our mission is to improve the health of the medically uninsured in Louisville by providing high quality, free primary healthcare services and wellness education to those who lack appropriate alternatives. We are a Kentucky licensed non-profit Charitable Health Care Provider. We follow HIPPA guidelines and ensure patient privacy.
