Family First Physicians opened in February of 2006. We specialize in the art of family medicine. Allen Max Germaine Jr. MD, Reyn Gunnell PA-C, Chelsea Soyring PA-C, and Sierra Tialino PA-C are dedicated to the health and wellness of the East Valley. Family First Physicians accepts most major insurance plans, AHCCCS plans, and cash paying patients. You can call our office or schedule an appointment on our website at any time. We provide 2nd and 3rd class FAA, DOT, AZ Post, sport, scout, mission, wellness, and well child physicials.
