Famous Visual Services is a graphic design studio based in Melbourne, Australia established in 2003 and directed by Dominic Forde. Born in Glasgow, Scotland and growing up between New Zealand and the UK, Dominic is a graduate from Wellington School of Design and holds an MA in design from Central Saint Martins in London, 1999. With over 15 years design experience in northern and southern hemispheres the studio has developed a unique ability to communicate effectively with a wide and varied demographic. Famous engages in a collaborative process that involves carefully listening to our clients’ needs. We don’t believe that one style suits all, so we approach each project with respect to the content we are working with. At Famous we place importance on research and exploration and aim to only present and produce work that is of the highest quality. We understand that creativity comes with hard work and consistently cultivate ideas and solutions beyond our clients’ expectations. Our collaborative approach is manifest in the creative network we have developed which includes a team of highly talented web developers, illustrators, photographers, printers, film makers, project managers and writers. Famous has received national recognition for our work with AGDA and Create Awards and internationally through Tokyo Type Directors Club.
