Return postage is at buyers cost. If we do not have your size left in stock, we will give you store credit to pick out something else super cute! Returns must be sent back within 7 working days. Clothing will only be accepted if a returns number has been issued and items are in their original condition, with tags in tact, not damaged, washed and UNWORN. Exchanges will not be sent out until we receive the original goods from you. Fashion Fix Online take no responsibility for missing incoming goods. The original postage cost applies to the replacement item(s). If an item has a manufacturing fault, a full refund will be provided. This does not include wear and tear!
