Hello! Welcome to Fed Fine Foods! I create healthy home cooked meals for those of you who have no time, no energy or just want a break. My meals encompass local, fresh ingredients; utilizing seasonal ingredients where ever possible. I shop the farmer's markets, the local farm sales and buy the very best quality in meats, veggies and fruits. I have been cooking semi-professionally for 10 years. I started off as a small home caterer. Now I make affordable, healthy meals that can be frozen or cooked right away. In the oven or the slow cooker. My meals are sold tailor suit to your particular needs - large family or the swinging single and everything in between. Meals are ordered and paid for by E-Transfer, then delivered or picked up bi-weekly. Keep your eyes open for premiums, specials and deals :) Busy? Stressed? No time to make a decent meal?
