After participating in the Fieldwork Experience work placement program with two of Winnipeg’s top organizations, Cassandra graduated from the University of Manitoba (2011) earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (2012) with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists, a Certified Level 2 Coach (2013) in Dynamic Variable Resistance Training and a Fascial Movement Taping Certified Rock Doc with Rock Tape Canada (2014). Cassandra’s love for sports and active lifestyles began early while participating with many extra-curricular teams. She is passionate about fitness and is always striving to better improve her skills and expand her knowledge as a trainer. Her wide range of experience allows her to adapt to different training styles and fitness levels to help you meet and exceed your goals!
