ABOUT David R. Fett, M.D. Dr. Fett is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist as well as a fellowship-trained Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeon. He also is an assistant Clinical Professor at the world-renowned UCLA/Jules Stein Eye Institute. He has served on the clinical faculty of the institute for more than 20 years. At the Institute, he teaches residents and fellows in courses dealing with ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has also conducted research in ophthalmology and published findings in leading professional journals. The Surgery Center is AAAHC and Medicare certified in West Los Angeles, with state-of-the-art laser technology, operating, and recovery rooms.
