The chruch is offering a free yoga class to any one interested on Thursday mornings in July at 10am in room 8 (or the Fellowship Hall if they have enough people). The class is suitable for all levels and the teacher is very helpful in adapting to all abilities. Bringing a mat if you have one, but there are a few available.
