Back to school is back to a regular routine for lots of people. What does this mean to your fitness and health routine? Hopefully, the time to sit and schedule yourself into some healthy indoor & outdoor activities. The time is Now, do not put it off until tomorrow.

Take home points from this past weekend: 1. No one is any different or more special than you, they just wanted it more. Want it badly, find the 'why' and you can achieve it. 2. The time is NOW. There is nothing else. Be fully present, participate in reality and DO IT NOW. (Future you will thank you) Take these with you and try them out today. Ponder them, let me know what you think.

Not doing anything? Do this right now! Warm up - 3-5 mins of skipping, jumping jacks, running 10 push ups 30 sec right side plank (on your elbow) 10 squats 30 s left side plank 10 lunges (each leg) 60 sec full body plank (full arms) 15 overhead press w/ dumbbells 60 secs mountain climbers ( upright or on the floor) Do at least once, no breaks in between exercises, then a 1 min break and repeat up to four times) Good luck!
