This page was created to offer free Health and Wellness education to all those we come in contact in order to fulfill our mission of fighting the obesity epidemic. This page was also created in hopes of generating corporate sponsorship from local and national businesses. The funds raised goes towards event planning, supplies, t-shirts, and travel. This is a great way to not only advertise your business but to become a lifeline to your community and nation. We are always looking for vendors to be a part of our events. Since we are a traveling entity we like to plug the participants into health and wellness businesses in the community in which they live. This will ensure they will receive the continued support they need throughout their weight-loss journey. We are NOT a weight loss center, nor are we a competitive running company. But rather an organization to reach those in need. Those that are struggling with weight loss whether due to the over-complication of the education materials out on the market, the confusion of diet vs. exercise, the embarrassment or shyness of entering a gym, or from just plain boredom of the basic routine. Whatever the case may be, Fit Families is here to help. We motive through encouragement and we educate through full family participation. All activities are non-threatening and non-competitive and down right FUN!
