System was created, the SYSTEM is designed for the general public, men, women, teens and people from all walks of life. The SYSTEM incorporates the best cardiovascular, strength and conditioning drills employed by Muay Thai, Boxing and Mixed Martial Artists into the ideal workout. Elite Fighters and Martial Artists alike have realized that such training regiments are required in order to prepare one's body to achieve the fitness level required for competition. We at FIT System believe that fighters are the pinnacle of fitness and wish to share the knowledge we have acquired over our martial art carriers. What is FIT System Using a combination of martial art techniques, Olympic lifts, gymnastic movements and body weight exercises, we have developed fitness programs that will take anyone looking to increase their athletic and fitness abilities to the next level.
