Next --- a new 21 Day Fix called the 21 day fix extreme, all new workouts, more advanced and intense, but still with a moderator, new foods and a new meal plan! So stoked for both of these! When I ordered the vegan chocolate Shakeology® I wasn't sure if I would like it or not. I had heard mixed reviews, now I am so glad I did, the whey protein made be bloat in the afternoons, I don't have that problem anymore and I love the vegan!
Can officially workout again on Monday, starting the 3 day 3-Day Refresh and then right into 21 Day Fix, with PiYo Workout. Of course I've been doing Shakeology® this entire time, but excited to start the vegan chocolate.

Definitly missing my Shakeology® this morning, I am starving! Guess I'll have to have it for lunch instead after surgery.

Can hardly believe today is the last day of the Beachbody Ultimate Reset. I feel amazing, I learned so much about nutrition and myself. I said goodbye to 18lbs and 10.5" and am ready to tackle the next step in my journey to get healthier!
