Our mission is to get fit and healthy at both ends of the leash. My name is Gary Pemmelaar... welcome to my Get FitK9 Journey. I'm sharing everything I'm learning on my journey to get Fit and Healthy at both ends of the leash, with my two FitK9's... a pair of fit dobermans I want to empower people to enjoy the outdoors and enjoy exercise with their fitk9's also. I want to help, motivate and inspire people to take up exploring the outdoors and exercising with their dogs, even if it is just to start walking your dog... even if you've been exercising and exploring the outdoors with them for years!
