5 tips to Thanks Giving damage control! It's coming, one of the most delicious holidays of the year, this weekend you will be getting together with family and friends to celebrate. Although delicious it's not always the most friendly on our fitness related goals, here are a couple tips so you can indulge without the bulge! -Drink water with your meal, it will help fill you up and keep calories down from any sugar filled juices/pops/etc -Slow down, chew your food and enjoy it, its about the taste not the volume :P -Eat a little less leading up to your big dinner, smaller protein rich meals are best leading up to the feast -Fill a good portion of your plate with lean meat and vegetable sources, OF COURSE go for some stuffing and cranberry sauce, just watch the portion -Portion down the dessert, consider sharing. Desserts are very calorie dense, alot can be hidden those delicious treats. It's all about balance! Enjoy your company and your treats!
Are you trying to lose some bodyfat and tighten up? This might help you out a lot. When people run into a plateau or need some accelerated progress we like to throw a FINISHER into the mix.
