Fitness and Sports Therapy practice works in the Greater Manchester area and offers all of its services to you. We are a mobile company offering home visits for your convenience. Great for time management, have a young family or just simply feel more comfortable in your own surroundings, we are here to help. The founder and clinical director is Mark. He is a graduate Sports Therapist from The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) and has a vast range of experience in the sport and fitness industry. Mark has worked for professional and semi-professional football clubs and one of the biggest and most prestige gyms in Manchester.

feel like you haven't got enough time to workout in a day... start from a blank diary add the things that are most important I.e sleep/work and you will be surprised how much free time you have left to use the gym...give it a go ;)
