Rhythm, in the form of our mother's heartbeat, is the first thing we hear as humans. Consciously or subconsciously, it is the driving force behind everything we do and is literally at the core of our being. Music AND rhythm together are the driving forces behind dance and dance fitness. Fitness In Rhythm uses that time-tested combination to bring you fun and motivating 'fitness in disguise' classes that will literally MOVE you, body and soul. VA Zumba® Jammer Rita Cohen and her team of award-winning dance and fitness professionals are here to help you reach and go BEYOND your fitness goals! In May, only Zumba® and Zumba® Toning classes will be offered at the following times: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays: 9-10 am; and Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:45-7:45 pm. Come June, many more classes (Insanity, Yoga, Belly Dance, MixxedFit, Beginner Ballroom & more) will be offered!
