It's the coolest thing since the invention of rock 'n' roll! FitSteps™ is the exciting, new ballroom dance fitness programme, with cha cha cha, quickstep, waltz and jive crafted into a fun get-fit class. Created by Strictly Come Dancing professionals Ian Waite & Natalie Lowe, along with world champion swimmer Mark Foster, FitSteps™ is perfect for anyone who enjoys watching Strictly Come Dancing, and wants to have a go at doing the moves themselves, while also getting fit and having enormous fun.

General Info

What do you wear for a FitSteps™ class? Athletic clothing is good, or casual clothing that you can move in and in which you willing to perspire a bit. And trainers are recommended - either dance trainers or regular trainers in which you feel comfortable swivelling and pivoting - since there is some jumping and hopping (but non-jumping modifications will be taught). For your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to fill in the health questionnaire.
