Description

The FIU Law Clinic is a legal service provider that enables FIU law students to represent South Florida community members on a wide range of legal issues. Law students represent low-income and underserved clients through one of the following eight clinics: - Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic - Community Development Clinic - Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic - Environmental Law Clinic - Investor Advocacy Clinic - Health Law and Policy ("NeighborhoodHELP") Clinic - Family and Children's Law Clinic - Education Advocacy Project - Pedro Pan Immigrant Children's Justice Clinic The FIU Law Clinic encourages law students to become dedicated advocates for social justice, and empowers Miami-Dade community members to have greater access to legal services.
