You can’t miss this place: It’s the house with the enormous circular window in the front, just near The Last Word bookstore. It’s Flaunt Hair Salon, recently opened by Kim Grant and her associates. Grant has been doing hair for 22 years, most recently at Spirit Spa. The new salon is intimate, five chairs and five stylists. Colour-correction and making men and women feel good about themselves is the order of the day here. “We wanted a place that was small and quiet, where people could relax and hang out,” says Grant. “This neighbourhood gives me a sense of community.”
