The Forresters Hotel & Restaurant ... located in the centre of the attractive little town of Middleton in Teesdale. We are a child and dog friendly hotel with a fully licensed restaurant serving all types of food from 12 noon until 10pm every day. We have outside seating areas to the front and the rear (with lift access to the rear terrace) The town is on the Durham side of the river at the point where the Tees is joined by the Hudeshope Beck which runs along the back of the hotel. The Forresters offers Bar and Restaurant facilities along with a function room and large terrace adjoining the Hudeshope Beck. It also boasts 8 En Suite bedrooms on the first floor, 5 of which feature staircases to the en suite facilites situated at a higher level. The bedrooms are all equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, TV and wireless internet. There is a large car park for patrons situated at the rear of the hotel adjacent to the river. Breakfast Menu (included in room Tariff) Orange / Apple Juice Tea or Coffee Choice of Cereals _ Toast with preserves - Choice of Full English Breakfast (Bacon, Local Sausage, Egg (Scrambled, Poached or Fried), Black Pudding, Baked Beans, Tomato, Mushrooms Fried Bread - Breakfast Gateau (Forresters Award Winning Breakfast!!) - Omelette with choice of fillings - Smoked salmon & scrambled egg on toast - Pancakes served with choice of Preserve, Honey or Chocolate Sauce - Porridge served with Honey All our rooms are en-suite, some with the bathroom positioned upstairs. Prices are per room and breakfast is included and can be taken at any time. Room service is available from 8am until 11pm - please contact reception with your requirements. Breakfast offered includes pancakes, smoked salmon & scrambled egg as well as traditional English and our award winning Breakfast Gateau all using locally sourced ingredients and cooked to order. The Forresters can offer packages including evening meals and lunch and can cater for weddings or other occassions for up to 140 people. Our standard prices are £45 for a single room, £65 for a Small Double Room, £75 for a Large Double Room and £95 for a Large Double Room with superior bathroom. How To Get to Forresters Hotel and Restaurant

The Forresters Hotel is situated just a few miles from the A66 which can be joined at Scotch Corner on the A1 by any visitors arriving from the South or East of the UK. The hotel is easily located within the village of Middleton-In-Teesdale as it is situated in the town centre. There is ample free on-street parking available outside the hotel.
