Hello, my name is Kirby, I decided to start hand stamping to give everyone the opportunity to feel what I did when I first received a personalised hand stamped piece. Not one day went by without a compliment from a friend or stranger. No one else has one! You can have your name, your family names, your favourite quote, anything! You name it I can stamp it. (as long as it fits on the blank) As soon as I started stamping I really enjoyed it. I just love how unique each piece is. All items are one of a kind, custom personalized hand stamped by myself. If you don’t see something you like in my products, you tell me what you want and I will do my best to create a personalized piece that tells your story. Hand made from start to finish. There will be variations in spacing, depth and alignment of letters, this should not be considered a defect but rather part of the charm of a handmade piece. please note; Orders can take up to 3 weeks. Refunds and Exchanges No refunds or exchanges are made unless I have made a spelling mistake or some other error, I will rectify the error ASAP. Product type Sterling silver Sterling silver is 92.5% and 7.5% copper and when polished has a silver white mirror like sheen. it does tarnish and can be easily returned to a high polish using a pro polish pad. You can then buff with a soft jewellery cloth to prevent tarnish. Stainless steel Stainless steel is a very hard and durable metal. You may wish to clean it on occasion by dipping it in some warm soapy water with some dishwashing liquid in it to clean the surface. Stainless steel will not tarnish but whilist durable can be scratched if rubbed to hard. IP plating stainless steel The center of the circle is Stainless Steel and the outside has a layer of titanium oxide, which can be used as a pigment (gold, rose gold) and has the same non allergenic properties as stainless steel. The process turns the titanium oxide into electric ions which becomes a harder and more durable coating with a higher brightness than that produced through traditional plating methods. Cleaning/care Sterling silver naturally tarnishes, especially in humid conditions. Please use a soft silver cleaning cloth or the polish pad, which is included with every order to bring back the shine. Please note that the square white polish pad is more abrasive than a standard polish cloth and should NEVER be used on any bronze, gold fill or gold plated items or charms, as it will wear away the top layer easily. Never immerse your jewellery in a cleaning bath or sonic cleaner, as it will remove the oxidization. Storing your piece in an airtight plastic bag will help it to not tarnish. Please try to keep your jewellery away from creams and perfumes and remove it before showering, bathing or swimming Will layered discs and charms scratch my piece? Yes. Layered discs will cause slight scratching between the disc due to the fact that they swing freely. added charm can also cause slight marks.Please remember this when ordering, as it is normal. A regular polish with a polish cloth can often remove very slight scratches, but deeper marks cannot be removed
