This page is to promote the River Rouge Shelter animals in hopes of reuniting them with their families or rehoming them.

Description

RRAS is a city shelter and can only accept animals from River Rouge and Ecorse. The improved shelter is now very rescue friendly, but is still SMALL and are not able to house many animals. We do our best to network them in hopes of finding suitable adopters or rescues, but if the shelter fills up, then the animals who have been there the longest are in jeopardy of being euthanized. Our mission is to bring awareness to these animals in need, with the hope of finding responsible permanent homes for them.
