Tommy Waters has served three terms in the Hawaii State House of Representatives, the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Chairman of the Committee on Higher Education as well as the Vice Chair of the Environmental Protection Committee. It was his duty to oversee and approve the entire budget of the University of Hawaii System statewide as well as the Budget for the Judiciary statewide. He took his job seriously, and worked hard to improve the services these important institutions represent as well as to ensure that every dollar was spent wisely. Someone with this experience will be a great choice for the people of East Honolulu in the election for City Council.
