At Full Circle FST, we offer individualized Fascial Stretch Therapy to everyone, using the Stretch to Win methodology. As this form of physical therapy was originally conceived for the purpose of enhancing the mobility and flexibility of world-class wrestlers, we have found it highly beneficial for all martial arts practitioners. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Full Circle FST travels to many Canadian combat events to offer treatment to the athletes and spectators, and provides on site treatment at various academies and fitness facilities throughout Canada. Additionally, Full Circle FST provides on site treatment on an individual basis and will have a permanent practice location coming soon!
