FOOTLOOSE REVIEW: "When a play is based on an iconic film like Footloose, which is so entrenched in our collective consciousness, it takes a real vision and artfulness to create a production that can stand on its own, free of overshadowing comparisons from the past. Director Marc Robin and the Fulton Theatre did just that. So get yourself to Lancaster by sea, air, or land because their production of Footloose should not be missed!" - Wayne J. Keeley, Pillow Talking | Through July 17, for tickets theFulton.org #FultonFootloose

FOOTLOOSE REVIEW: "When you see it, as you will, or at the very least should... If you're not singing "Footloose" along with the cast at the end - because we know you know all the words - there may just be something wrong with you. The production at the Fulton delivers..." - Marakay Rogers, BroadwayWorld.com

June is a notable month for AWA because of an exciting first for us: three families who chose Lancaster as their respite destination are all here at the *same time!* To celebrate this occasion we’re throwing an ice cream party at the farm pond of one of our volunteers, and inviting all past AWA patient families (plus our volunteers) to join them for some fun and relaxation. We are so excited to spend some time with the courageous families we’re assisting, and to give them the opportunity to meet each other and exchange stories and support. The photos included in this post were sent to us by those families currently enjoying Lancaster, and we’re so happy to be able to share them with you so you can see the joy on their faces — joy that *you,* our dear supporters, were instrumental in providing to them. We also want to take this opportunity to thank the Lancaster businesses that have so generously partnered with us to provide these families with everything from meals to entertainment. We hope that when you see this list, you are as proud of the Lancaster community as we are. Entertainment: Lancaster Barnstormers, Jen's Pottery Den, Sky Zone Lancaster, Turkey Hill Experience, Hersheypark, Dutch Wonderland, Fulton Theatre, Strasburg Rail Road, Choo Choo Barn, Lititz recCenter, Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery, Amish Farm and House, Go N Bananas, The Lancaster Science Factory, Hands-on House, Children's Museum of Lancaster Food & Meals: Lancaster Cupcake, Trackside Cafe, Tellus360, Characters Pub, Roma Pizza & Subs, Tomato Pie Cafe, Lititz Family Cupboard Restaurant & Buffet, Greco's Italian Ices and Homemade Ice Cream Memories & Relaxation: PhotOle Photography, Luxe Salon & Spa - Lancaster
