Description

Garner Construction will provide staffing for all of your equipment. We have a well established reputation for skill, quality and productivity of our tower crane operators, bellman/riggers, man & material hoist operators, boom truck operators, hydro and conventional crane operators and forklift operators. Furthermore Garner provides management and oversight of operators work schedule, vacation illness, and provides fill-in operators. We provide rigging equipment upon request ,including straps, chokers, and chains. We provide task lighting, safety plans, documented equipment inspection, wireless cameras, and general oversight of the operators. Garner operators are covered under our General Liability Insurance including an additional benefit of "on hook coverage" and Rigger coverage for anything in our care, custody or control. We are committed to safety and productivity. Garner Construction has a large pool of highly skilled union operators enabling us to guarantee quality of service and match the right operator with the right job. Garner can provide specially qualified operators for high rise construction, structural steel erection, and rail mounted tower cranes. Garner has qualified operators for older equipment like friction clutch operated conventional cranes that can be difficult to man. Garner routinely provides hourly union riggers qualified to run forklifts and hydraulic cranes that don't justify a full time operator. Garner also offers wireless camera solutions for tower cranes. This allows the operator a close up view of his rigging, load, and the surrounding job-site to ensure safe operation, increase productivity, and eliminate blind picks.
