Wild foods are the earth’s most ancient plants, the plants mother nature decides when and where to grow according to her wisdom – and they have been nourishing, healing and enchanting us since, well, the beginning. That’s why from spring to summer, fall to winter, we explore the most magical foods of the season, the wild plants, backyard weeds, wild herbs, blossoms and berries at the heart of our oldest and most sacred food traditions. So join us as we taste the local terroir, season by season. We’re here to make magical cookery an everyday part of your meals!
