Description
My name is Stina and I love running HypnoBirthing courses. It is such a joy to see couples release their fear and look forward to the upcoming birth. The course is run over 12 hours and teaches you to relax deeply using self-hypnosis and breathing techniques. It gives the father / birth companion a big role because he will help the mother stay relaxed and protect the birthing environment. I love hearing the birth stories from the couples I have taught. They are a testimonial to the fact that birth can be a calm, relaxed and joyful experience. I have got 3 kids myself using HypnoBirthing and I have had great births with all of them. One in hospital and two at home. Last one with Lynne Pyke, one of the most amazing midwives in Geelong.
