We're keeping Boston cool! We had the opportunity to replace an AC on their tour bus and the associate we worked with was a great guy.

It's an unfortunate reality that people will try to cheat and steal from you. As customers, most of us have been ripped off at least once by a company. But as a company, we get ripped off by our customers too. Today we had a man come in, purchase a new dead bolt & handle for his trailer door, then return it an hour later saying he "found the keys to his old one and didn't need this one anymore". I refunded his money and wished him a good day. Upon further inspection, this man had placed his old door handle and deadbolt in the package. The keys were dirty, there is rust around the screw holes and inside the lock casing, and the front plate is scratched up. Mr. Robert Jackson, you sir are no better than a shoplifter. You intentionally defrauded our company and stole from us. This will not change our customer service policies and we will continue to operate on good faith that our customers are honest hard-working people who are looking for an honest hard-working company to patronage, because our good customer FAR outweigh the bad.

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting a very neat couple who brought their Newell into our shop. They travel with their two Rhodesian Ridgebacks and brought them in so we could meet. I had never seen this type of dog "in person" before and I have to say they are magnificent. Thank you!!

William Howard Taft declared Arizona as the 48th state of the US on February 14th, 1912. This is how it got to be known as the 'Valentine State'. #funfactfriday #rvhavingfun
