We have anOB/Gyn physician and 4 certified nurse midwives on staff. We have energetic and devoted RN, CMAs, ultrasound tech, receptionist, medical record keeper, and clinic manager. It's all right here!

General Info

We are Dr. Laura France, Penny Menke CNM, Ann Oswood CNM, Mary Sanderlin CNM, and Emily MacLaury, CNM. Dr. France attends births and do procedures at St. John's Hospital in Maplewood and St. John's Surgery Center, as well as some in-office procedures. The midwives attend births at St. John's and at St Joseph's Hospital in St. Paul. Waterbirth is available at both hospitals. We provide prenatal care throughout pregnancy, postpartum and lactation care, and a full spectrum of gynecologic care including annual well-woman exams, more urgent problem visits (for issues incluing infections, abnormal bleeding, or breast problems), preconceptual counseling, contraception counseling, and discussion of menopausal concerns. Services provided include lab draws, ultrasound, intrauterine device insesrtions, and in-office procedures including endometrial ablations (Novasure and Hydrothermal Ablation), Essure, LEEPs, and sonohysterograms.
