No worries about what your final price will be. Not all builders are equal and most builders don’t offer you a genuine fixed price contract. There are numerous areas where a builder can legally pass extra costs onto the client. Please see our list on the inside back cover that itemises the clauses in a standard Residential Building Contract, which allow builders to charge you extra cost. We guarantee our contract price will not be increased by any of the clauses. The items listed below are all included in our contract price quoted to you up front. Ask other builders if they include these items in their quoted price to you! • Slab piers if required? • Concrete pump hire if required (for all the concrete - needed in your slab and footings)? • Crane hire? • The cut and fill requirements specific to your site - including removal of any excess fill? • A genuine Fibre Optics package of comparable value to ours? • The water meter and associated fees in full? • Cutting out the kerb for the driveway and dispose of it? • Any Bushfire or Acoustic requirements for your site?
