Back Bay Harry's open this Friday I wish them all the best and hope All of the Geoffrey's Cafe extended family of Patrons stop by to wish them well, the space is beautiful, everything at I once dreamed of doing there they were able to complete. All the best to Harry and his new crew. Michael A. Aplin, founder Geoffrey's Cafe

To all of our loyal Roslindale and Back Bay Brunch fans that know Mikey the Bartender/Artist please keep him in your Prayers, his mother Lynne Carnes, passed away a few nights ago in a tragic accident in Boston Harbor, she was only 58, she was his Rock, his Inspiration, and the Worlds Greatest Mom.

It is hard to believe that 18 years ago today I lost my partner Geoffrey William Seelen 3/5/59 - 1/5/95. He was my inspiration behind the creation of Geoffrey's Cafe in Boston, I named it after him because he believed in me. We eventually owned 2 restaurants before he passed away. I sold Geoffrey's Cafe after almost 22 Amazing Years of business to our longtime General Manager Brian Spencer this past May. Geoffrey's memory lives on through our restaurant. He will never be forgotten.

Deeply Saddened by the shooting at an Elementary School this morning, prayers go out to All of the families that lost precious young children today in such a senseless act of violence.
