Description

Georgia Right to Life is proud to announce the Georgia March For Life! Mark your calendars for Thursday, January 22, 2015 and join us at the State Capitol steps in Atlanta from 11:30am-2:00pm with keynote speaker Molotov Mitchell! More to be added soon! At Georgia March, we will have music and prayer (starting at 11:30am), hear from the leading pro-life voices in Georgia and abroad, participate in a one-mile silent march against the tragic loss of life to a culture of death (starting at 1pm), and engage our legislators with a call to action to promote personhood in Georgia (starting at the conclusion of our silent march back at the Capitol). We are also announcing the launch of GRTL Voices of Hope. We are asking Georgians to submit their stories of survival and life against the clutches of a culture of death so that we can all see the hope and victory of standing on personhood. Such stories might include but are not limited to babies targeted for abortion who survived, mothers who received a poor prenatal diagnosis but chose life for their child, disabled individuals who were oppressed and targeted for euthanasia but survived, or elderly individuals who were condemned to an undignified killing but who overcame death. Many stories will be featured online on our website, but one story will be selected to be told by the entrant from the stage at Georgia March For Life in Atlanta in January. Stories will be received from November 1 thru December 31. You can submit written stories of no longer than 500 words or YouTube videos of no longer than 3 minutes to JoshuaEdmonds@grtl.org. We hope you'll bring your friends and join us for the most exciting pro-life event of the year!
