Description

Geppi's Entertainment Museum (GEM) is a journey through 250 years of American pop culture, located in historic Camden Station at Camden Yards in Baltimore Maryland, just a few blocks from the city's famed Inner Harbor. Where else can you revisit your childhood and get back in touch with old friends that entertained you in the past through comic strips and books, radio and television shows, films, cartoons, and so much more? The museum exhibits nearly 6,000 pop culture artifacts including comics, toys, dolls, games and memorabilia of every conceivable category. Journey from the late 1700s to the present day and revisit favorite characters like Superman, Spider-Man, Batman, Mickey Mouse, Barbie, G.I. Joe, and many more. Geppi's Entertainment Museum is the home of "pop culture with character!"

How To Get to Geppi's Entertainment Museum

To view the many public transportation options direct your browser here: http://www.mtamaryland.com/services/ The museum is only a few feet away form the Camden Yards Station of the MARC train and the Light Rail, and justa few short blocks from the Inner Harbor & the nearest Metro Station at the World Famous Lexington Market. Where to Park: Street parking and garage parking are available. Parking rates and restrictions apply at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Paid parking is available in the North Warehouse Lot, directly south of Geppi’s Entertainment Museum, except three hours prior to Orioles home games. Continue to Exit 23 (I-83 South, Jones Falls Expressway) Take I-83 South to downtown Baltimore turning right at Lombard Street, across town to Howard Street, turn left and locate parking (on street, in garages, or at Oriole Park). From the West (From Western MD & Points West): Take I-68 (National Freeway), to I-70, to I-695 (Baltimore Beltway). Turn right onto I-695 (toward Glen Burnie). Take I-95 North to Exits 53 (I-395) which flows onto Howard Street between Camden Station and Convention Center. Locate parking (on street, in garages, or at Oriole Park). From Reisterstown, Westminster & Hanover, PA areas: Take MD 140 or MD 30 to I-795. Take I-795 to I-695 (Baltimore Beltway). Take I-695 toward Towson to Exit 23; take I-83 South to downtown Baltimore turning right at Lombard Street, across town to Howard Street, turn left and locate parking (on street, in garages, or at Oriole Park). From the Northeast (Maryland, Delaware & points north): South on I-95 through the Fort McHenry Tunnel; take Exit 53 at I-395 toward Downtown, which flows onto Howard Street between Camden Station and Convention Center. Locate parking (on street, in garages, or at Oriole Park). From the East (Annapolis & Eastern Shore): From Bay Bridge, west on US 50/301 to I-97. Continue on I-97/MD 3; at interchange with I-695 (Baltimore Beltway), bear right to ramp leading to westbound I-695. Continue on I-695 to Exit 7 (MD 295/B-W Parkway) to Exit 11 (I-95). Take either MD 295 North into downtown Baltimore or I-95 North to Exits 53 (I-395), 52 (Russell Street) or 51 (Washington Boulevard). Locate parking (on street, in garages, or at Oriole Park). From the South (Washington DC, Virginia & points south): Take MD 295 (B-W Parkway/Russell Street) to downtown Baltimore.
