Der Hamburger und Germania Ruder Club is a rowing club from Rotherbaum, Hamburg, Germany. It was founded in 1836 as Der Hamburger Ruder Club, the club is the fourth oldest rowing club in the world after Brasenose College Boat Club, Jesus College Boat Club and Leander Club. The Germania Ruder Club, which was founded in 1854 merged with Der Hamburger Ruder Club in 1934, with the joint club adapting the current name.The current boathouse at Außenalster was built in 1924.Notable RowersBastian Seibt from this club represented Germany at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China.

HafenCity Universität is a rapid transit station on line U4 of the Hamburg U-Bahn network in the district of HafenCity in central Hamburg, Germany. The station is named by nearby HafenCity Universität.HistoryThe station was designed by Munich-based architecture firm Raupach Architekten. The design makes reference to the changing colors typical to the HafenCity, caused by reflections throughout the day by the wharf buildings' red brick and the ship hulls' iron and steel.Groundbreaking on the branch of the U2 from Jungfernstieg to HafenCity, now known as the U4, took place on 23 August 2007, with construction beginning in February 2008. The station structure was completed on 11 May 2010 and interior work took place until its opening two years later.
