Leg day ...... Should start with glute activation to prevent the lower back muscles kicking in and hip flexors gripping ..... You will know the difference .... Starting tomorrow with a power lifter who asks me every time to watch his form on his deadlift because .... It's killing his back ...... Deadlifts and squats will not activate your glutes unless you activate your glutes ... They are your primary driver .... See you Monday night ....bring weights for deep squats ,deep crab walks and ass kicking unilateral glute kicks ....

Your glutes are your driver ...weak glutes = weak movement patterns =poor pelvic stability and poor knee control ....your glutes stabilise your pelvis ...anything swinging from the pelvis will move with instability if your glutes are not strong before you blame your weak knees on ....squats!!!.....examine your GLUTES .....ignore your glutes at the mercy of your injuries !

I haven't had anyone feedback that this session isn't helping with posture ,power during activity in sport ,knee pain ,back pain ......of I could run this session for free as a means of education I would ....your glutes are the missing link in the kinetic chain are at a huge overal advantage in this session's my most satisfying session ,knowing the outcome is injury prevention and education .....good working with you ....completely exhausted ....well done ,enjoy your evening :) zzzzzzzzzzz

Good morning ,having dropped Josef at Leeds Uni yesterday I've decided to cancel tonight's sessions and just have some down time ....normal sessions will resume next week and thank you for your understanding .x

Is happy to be helping Averil recruit her glutes ...having returned from the european championships with a 1st and 2nd place in sprinting ... If the glutes /the primary mover do not fire up ...the body will find another source of stability ...mainly i.t band causing knee pain and shortening of the hamstrings ....if you train seriously you can not afford dormant glutes .....this is an Injury prevention class ..... Monday's 7.30 pm all welcome ...all will benefit :)
