Get in Shape for Women offers a complete transformation program exclusively for women consisting of a four component program: weight training, cardio, nutrition , and accountability. All administered by certified personal trainers.
At Get in Shape for Women, a women's fitness studio, our certified staff is here to help with the steps and support to make it work. A personal trainer helps hold you accountable so you can reach your goal using these four basic components. 1 Weight training (strength training)-To develop muscle tone and burn calories. 2 Cardio (aerobic training)-To burn fat, calories and get your heart in shape 3 Nutrition-To help you customize a meal plan that works for you. And most importantly… 4 Accountability. You need to be held accountable by someone other than yourself. Our personal fitness trainers schedule your workouts, call you if you don’t show up, and check your weight every week. Get In Shape For Women is affordable, and appointment based, so you get the attention you deserve from a personal trainer. It has been another great week for our cardio miles challenge. We had 34 different women complete the challenge a total of 58 times. Keep in mind if you make it 3 miles you receive 2 tickets! This week's winner is Suzy Malone. Congratulations Suzy! All that hardwork continues to pay off.
Our week three winner of our 2 mile challenge is..... Neli Azimi! Congratulations Neli, great job. Neli has continually lost weight from the time she started with us this spring and just passed the 25 pound mark. Way to go! Another successful week in the challenge. 35 women completed the 2 miles a total of 63 times. Keep up the great work.
A little late on our update for the week 2 winner but here it is. Kathy Lyons was our 2 mile challenge winner for week 2. Congrats Kathy. great job. And thanks for pointing out the difference in the slower elliptical. Week 2 was awesome. In total everyone travelled about 150 miles. How cool is that!
2 Mile Challenge Winner is........... Lynne Hunter!!! Congratulations Lynne! Great job! We had 32 women accomplish our 2 mile goal and many of them did it more than once. We had 67 entries in our drawing this week. Fantastic!!!! That's a total of 134 miles! Keep up the great work. Looking forward to seeing even more of you reach the goal this week!
