Gibroni's is a Texitalican food truck in Austin, Texas. We serve Texas and Mexican ingredients on traditional Italian dishes. Check out our menu! We are excited to now offer catering services! We have worked with some awesome companies, small and large, over the past few months and are excited to bring offices and large groups delicious and unique meals for lunch and dinner. Our truck is opening late fall 2014, but our sawse retail will be ready as early as September! We can't wait to get ourselves into local farmers markets and hopefully on the shelves of your local Whole Foods, Wheatsville Co-Op, HEB, Royal Blue, and the like. Like us to follow our progress!
