Description

Wolfgang's quote is still true for most climbers but we can help you: Gimme Kraft! will contain many new power exercises for climbing using the campusboard, slingtrainer, rings, parallettes, boulderwall or just your body. The authors Patrick Matros and Dicki Korb are well experienced climbers and innovative trainers. The exercises will be presented in a book that comes together with a dvd that will show them in motion as well. Furthermore all participating athletes will give you an insight in their personal training experience. We have a great cast including Fred Nicole, Sasha DiGiulian, Johanna Ernst, Bernd Zangerl, Jerry Moffat, Babsi Zangerl, Fabian Christof, Guntram Jörg, Mélissa le Nevé, Tsukuru Hori, Stefan Glowacz and the one and only Alexander Megos – the first climber to onsight 9a. As a very special bonus we had an interview with the former professor of Wolfgang Güllich. Mr. Weineck, one of the world's leading experts for training, gave us an insight of Wolfgang's training attitude and opened his video archive for us: Wolfgang Güllich training in the late 80's! Gimme Kraft! will boost your motivation and make you a stronger climber. The final website will be online in august. The release of Gimme Kraft! will be on the 5.10 day in the Café Kraft in Nuremberg.
