Hello and thanks for visiting "GingerScrubs" Page! Just a bit of background info...I named my scrub GingerScrubs because my nickname is "Ginger" for my auburn red hair and the name has just stuck. I received a homemade sugar scrub years ago and fell in love. With that and tweaking a few different recipes, I have "GingerScrubs"! GingerScrubs is a homemade, all natural body sugar scrub. It's made with a blend of brown sugar, white sugar, olive oil or coconut oil, and essential oil/scent. I make a "Sweet & Saltly Scrub", made with a blend of sugars and Epsom salt, with essential oil. I also make a "GingerMan Scrub" (for the men in our lives), made with a blend of sugars, tea tree oil, eucalyptus, vitamin E, and essential oil. Tea tree oil fights bacteria and fungus which cause acne. (Great for African-American men who struggle with ingrown hair.) And don't forget about my "Pucker Up" lip scrub, made with Jojoba oil, olive oil, caster sugar, and peppermint oil. The benefits of a quality made sugar scrub are wonderful, such as; sugar is a natural and gentle exfoliate and leaves skin soft, hydrated, and healthy. Olive oil & coconut oil leaves skin so soft & silky-don't even need lotion, and add the essential oil...oh my, your nose will tingle and you are in for a treat! If you choose the Epsom salt scrub, the salt helps relieves sore & tired muscles and toxins from the body. The essential oils and scents I have for scrubs: Lavender, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Peppermint, Rose, Peach, Eucalyptus, Grapefruit, and Chocolate! Yes, chocolate (great for romantic back rubs)! I am just getting started with this and very excited! I'm also working on a price list. If you are local to the Charlotte area, please get with me if interested, and I will work something out for you! *My product is not made to in a fancy container with fancy labels...I wanted to make a nice, quality product that works, and cost efficient to you...the fancier the package, the more YOU pay!
