Starts Monday 16th September 2013 Come on GIRLS let’s get your body to your level 10 in the next 90 days! Our goal is to have you in the best shape of your life in the next 90 days. Everybody’s goals are different, with this in mind we have created different categories for you to compete in (you can compete in as many categories as you like!). Categories: 1) Highest female body fat % reduction 2) Highest female muscle gain % 3) Best overall transformation before/after When you decide to take part in your challenge you will get an assessment with your coach who will be your best friend and worst enemy during the program. They will be your mentor to help you get your transformation. During the challenge you will get; -Regular consultations and coach support -Dedicated facebook group with daily education about nutrition and exercise (including meal plans) -Free group training sessions for people in the challenge -And the opportunity to join in on Healthy Active Lifestyle events. The whole $25 entry fee will go towards prize money and giveaways! We hope to have $2500 in prize money. The challenge will officially start on Monday 24th June. We will have various times available for initial assessments and registration on Sunday 23rd June (2pm-4pm) and Monday 24th June (10am-12pm and 7pm-9pm). You will need to come into our office (Wanneroo) and have your photos, scan and measurements done. If this doesn’t work time wise you will need to make other arrangements with your coach. For those outside Perth you are very welcome to join, however participants that can’t meet up with their coach can only participate in best overall transformation. It's just a challenge we wanted to set up for the ladies of Perth to help each other get that bit healthier! 6)Upon registration all participants will be added to a dedicated “secret” facebook group that will be set up specifically for this challenge as a place for all participants to encourage each other in a non-public forum. 7)We will be adding various resources to the group, including nutritional video’s, exercises, recipes etc, some sample meal plans, daily motivation. We will not be providing in depth meal or recipe plans (other than for our Herbalife clients) so it is entirely up to you as the participant to work out your meal plans/exercise plans for the 90 days. The purpose of the challenge and the group is merely to support and motivate each other not for us to dictate what you eat each day! 8)Our aim for the group is for it to be a place where everyone can contribute and motivate each other, ask questions, post meal ideas etc! These will be optional and the cost will be paid by each participant. 11)Participants will also be encouraged (if they want to) to share when they are doing walks, exercise classes for other members to join them. Hopefully we get some groups of girls living near each other joining up for walks etc. 12)To register: we will have various times available for initial assessments and registration on Sunday 23rd June (12pm-4pm) and Monday 24th June (10am-12pm and 7pm-9pm) and most likely Saturday 22nd June depending on demand. 13)At registration you will be required to sign a disclaimer, pay your $25 registration fee and have your photos, metabolic scan and measurements done. The metabolic scan is simply done on our composition scales (just like normal scales, you step on and they measure your body fat %, muscle mass, hydration levels, metabolic age). You measurements and scan results will be kept by us until final measurements are done and we will also email you a copy for your own use. 14)The last date for new participants to join is Friday 28th June 15)Final measurements, scans etc will be similar to initial registration and will take place in Wanneroo on the weekend of 15th-16th September, 2103 (times to be confirmed) with the winners being announced on Tuesday 18th September, 2013 on the group. 16)The winners of the largest body fat percentage and highest % muscle gain categories will be determined solely from the results of the metabolic scan taken at registration and final measurements. 17)The winner of the best before and after photo transformation will be decided by us based on before and after photos on majority vote. 18)Herbalife coaches are not permitted to enter the challenge as participants 19)If you are outside Perth? You are very welcome to join, however participants that can’t meet up with us to register in person can only participate in best overall transformation. Before and after photos with the daily newspaper with the date showing or camera with a date stamp must be used
