GLo Alfresco Events is a tailored events catering company providing quality, fast, healthy food to continental markets, arts and cultural festivals, corporate fun days and weddings. Our business is centred around our imported, hand made, wood-fired oven from Siena ,Italy. The wood we burn in our baby is specially sourced and gives our food a beautiful natural flavour that harks back to mans original cooking style; the open flame. We specialise in Neopolitan pizza, fermented for 24-48 hours and hand stretched to order. Low in salt and sugar we offer a fast yet healthy alternative to the country's current pizza offerings. We use the best San Marzano tomatoes available in the U.K. giving our pizzas that wonderful authentic Neopolitan taste. HOWEVER we don't just specialise in pizzas ....with a combined 28 years of experience in the hospitality trade Chris and our chef Damian aim to provide you with a wide variety of food and drink choices for your big day. Wether it be champagne and canapes or hog-roast buffets and beer our aim is to tailor your big day around you and your parties every needs...from vegan to gluten-free we're here to help and make your big day a culinary success! Our chef Damian has trained in some of the U.K's finest kitchens at michelin and AA rosette level and can provide you with all the assistance and ideas you need for your big day. Chris has ran and managed large events all over the UK for many years and knows a thing or two about the drinks industry being a wine merchant! So whatever your needs for your event we'd love to help and make that day, whatever the occasion, as special as possible!
